• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system
• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts to guarantee risk-free profits (arbitrage)
• Using a fa99 account for any illegal activity, including money laundering
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards the fa99 support team or other members

Suspension & Account Closure

Fa99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Request from a competent authority
• Death of the account holder (the account will be locked until the heir verification process is completed)

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the fa99 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money credit balance not tied to an active bonus with an outstanding rollover requirement will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of any bonus credits or winnings generated through activities that breached those terms. Where fa99 is found liable for any loss, fa99's liability shall be limited to the total real money deposits made by the member within the 30 days preceding the disputed incident, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower – except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fraud on the part of fa99.
