Fa99 is more than just another betting platform. We are a team of individuals who genuinely understand the needs and tastes of Malaysian players — from dedicated Malaysia Super League football fans to slots and baccarat enthusiasts seeking endless entertainment. Since opening our doors, fa99 has grown into one of the most trusted and popular online betting destinations in Malaysia.
Our Mission & Vision
Fa99's mission is straightforward – to deliver the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online betting experience to every Malaysian user. We believe every player, regardless of budget or experience level, deserves a platform that is transparent, trustworthy, and always puts their interests first.
Our vision is to become Malaysia's number one online betting platform — recognised not just for our extensive game catalogue, but for our integrity and commitment to member satisfaction. Every business decision we make — from selecting game providers and setting withdrawal limits, to designing the VIP programme and choosing deposit methods — starts with one question: is this truly the best outcome for our fa99 members?
To deliver the best, safest, and fairest online betting experience to every player in Malaysia.
To become Malaysia's number one online betting platform, trusted by millions of players across the country.
Fa99 was founded by a team of experienced developers and industry analysts with a single goal – to build a betting platform that truly understands Malaysian users.
Fa99 officially launched its platform with a slots and baccarat library. Within three months, over 10,000 members had registered – exceeding our initial expectations.
Fa99 expanded its platform by adding a full Sports Betting module covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and IPL cricket. Live match odds were also introduced.
The fa99 VIP Rewards Programme launched with 5 membership tiers. The fa99 community grew past 30,000 active members. Instant withdrawals were introduced for Diamond members.
Fa99 now has over 50,000 active members. The platform continues to be updated with the latest slots, more competitive odds, and ongoing user experience improvements.
The fa99 Advantage
This is not just a tagline – it is a genuine commitment we deliver to every fa99 member, every single day.
The fa99 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all members' personal and financial data. Every deposit and withdrawal transaction goes through verified, secure payment channels. Your account information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. A suspicious activity detection system runs 24 hours a day to keep your account secure.
Every game at fa99 – from slots to Live Baccarat – runs on a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by third-party testing bodies. The RTP value for each slot is displayed transparently and reflects the actual verified figure, not a marketing estimate. fa99 does not manipulate game outcomes – our members' trust is our most valuable asset.
Fa99 supports all major Malaysian digital payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay. Deposits are processed in under 2 minutes. Withdrawals take 1 hour for standard members, 30 minutes for Gold members, and are instant for Diamond members. Your winnings belong to you — fa99 makes sure they reach you fast.
Fa99's VIP Rewards Programme is designed to deliver long-term value that grows with your loyalty. Five membership tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – each come with weekly cashback, tier-up bonuses, birthday rewards, and different levels of service. Diamond members enjoy 1.5% unlimited cashback, instant withdrawals, and a dedicated 24/7 personal VIP manager. All VIP points are calculated automatically with no application required.
Fa99 is built with a mobile-first approach — every element of the platform, from menu navigation to slot displays and odds tables, is optimised for smartphone screens. No extra app download needed — just open your mobile browser, log in to fa99, and all 1,500+ games are ready with load times under 2 seconds even on a standard 4G connection. Play on the LRT, during your lunch break, or from your couch.
Fa99 is not an international platform that was roughly translated into Malay. We are a platform built from the ground up with a genuine understanding of local players' needs, habits, and preferences. Malaysia Super League and badminton odds are more detailed on fa99 than on any other platform. Our payment methods are 100% Malaysian. Malay-language customer support is available 24 hours a day. All content and promotions are tailored to the Malaysian context, all the time.
Core Values
Behind the technology and game library we offer, there are core values that shape how fa99 operates and makes decisions every day. These values are not just words on paper – they reflect how we think, how we plan, and how we engage with every member.
Fa99 operates on a principle of full transparency. From RTP values displayed for every slot, to bonus terms written clearly with no confusing fine print — we believe members deserve to know exactly what they're signing up for.
Every game provider we feature on fa99 goes through a rigorous review process. We do not compromise on quality just to inflate our game count. 1,500 consistently high-quality slots are worth far more than 5,000 with inconsistent quality.
Every fa99 platform improvement starts with member feedback. We listen — through live chat, email, and social media — and we act. Member satisfaction is our most important measure of success.
Fa99 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide betting limit management tools, support for members who need assistance, and strict age verification to ensure our platform is only accessible to eligible users.

Our Story
Every great platform is built to solve a real problem. For fa99's founders, that problem was clear — Malaysian users who wanted to enjoy online betting had no platform that truly understood them. The international platforms available at the time largely failed to support local payment methods seamlessly, their content didn't reflect local sporting interests like the Malaysia Super League or badminton, and their customer support wasn't available in Bahasa Malaysia. That gap is exactly what fa99 was built to fill.
When fa99 launched in 2020, we started with a smaller catalogue but an unwavering commitment to quality and user experience. We took the time to carefully select game providers, design a smartphone-friendly interface, and ensure every process — from account registration to withdrawing winnings — ran as smoothly and effortlessly as possible. The result: within three months of launch, fa99 had attracted over 10,000 members, the majority of whom came through word of mouth — the most genuine sign of user satisfaction there is.
2022 marked a major milestone for fa99 when we launched our comprehensive sports betting module. This was no ordinary addition – it was a significant investment in real-time odds technology, an extensive sports statistics database, and a sophisticated risk management system. We know Malaysian users are passionate about football – from JDT in the Super League to Manchester United in the EPL – and we wanted fa99 to be the platform that offers the best odds and the most complete markets for every match they care about. Today, fa99 offers odds across more than 30 sports, with a house margin as low as 3% on major markets.
The launch of fa99's VIP Rewards Programme in 2023 was a direct response to feedback from our most loyal members. Many who had been with fa99 from the early days expressed a desire to be recognised for their loyalty — not just a one-time welcome bonus that runs out within a week. We listened, and we acted — designing a VIP programme that delivers genuine, long-term value: from automatic weekly cashback with no excessive wagering requirements, to personal VIP managers for our highest-tier members. The programme has since become one of fa99's most loved features and a key reason so many members continue to stay.
From a technology standpoint, fa99 continuously invests in our platform infrastructure. fa99's servers are hosted in world-class data centres with response times optimised for users in Malaysia. This means fa99 slots load in under 2 seconds, match odds are updated in near real time, and the platform runs stably without unexpected downtime. We understand that in online betting, every second counts – disruptions at critical moments can result in losses for our members, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
What sets fa99 apart from most competitors is our approach to local content. We do not simply translate content from another language – we create content that originates in Malay, with a true understanding of local context and nuance. Game guides, odds explanations, bonus terms, and all member communications are written by people who understand how Malaysian players think and communicate. This creates a more natural experience that feels far closer to home than platforms whose content reads like a machine translation.
Looking ahead, fa99 will continue to grow by expanding our game offerings, enhancing the VIP programme with new benefits, and improving platform speed and stability. We are currently planning the launch of a dedicated mobile app that will deliver an even smoother gaming experience on Android and iOS devices. We will also be adding more exclusive Malaysia-themed slots that cannot be found on any other platform. fa99's journey is far from over, and we are grateful to every member who has been part of this story.
