Full Guide
The fa99 VIP Rewards Program is our way of thanking loyal members who continue to trust fa99 as their platform of choice. Unlike other platforms that offer only a one-time welcome bonus, fa99's VIP program is built to deliver long-term value that grows with your loyalty. Every time you play – whether slots, baccarat, lottery, Sports Betting, or cricket – you automatically accumulate VIP points that unlock increasingly valuable benefits over time.
One thing that sets the fa99 VIP program apart is how transparent and straightforward it is. Many players on other betting platforms have no clear idea how their VIP programs work or what it takes to move up a tier. At fa99, everything is laid out plainly — you can see your accumulated VIP points, how many more you need to reach the next tier, and the exact benefits you'll receive when you get there. No hidden conditions, no unreasonable wagering requirements — just genuine appreciation for loyal members.
Weekly cashback is one of the most loved benefits among fa99 VIP members. Unlike standard bonuses that come with repeated wagering requirements, fa99 cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday with no additional conditions attached. You can withdraw it straight to your e-wallet or use it to keep playing — the choice is entirely yours. For Diamond members, the uncapped 1.5% cashback means that if you wager RM 100,000 in a week, you'll receive RM 1,500 cashback directly in your account — real money you can use however you like.
The deposit process for fa99 VIP members is seamless and fast. All popular Malaysian digital payment methods are available — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay. For Platinum and Diamond members, fa99 also offers direct deposit assistance through your personal VIP manager to ensure the process goes through without any obstacles or delays.
For many fa99 members, the journey from Bronze to Gold is the most exciting part. Once you hit Gold, the benefits really start to show – a RM 500 tier-up bonus, 0.8% weekly cashback, exclusive birthday rewards, and early access to the latest fa99 promotions. Many fa99 Gold members describe this tier as the "sweet spot" where the rewards begin to meaningfully offset a portion of their weekly wagering spend.
For serious players, fa99's Platinum and Diamond tiers offer an experience that is worlds apart from a standard membership. A dedicated VIP manager available around the clock means any issue or request is handled promptly — no waiting in the regular customer support queue. Instant withdrawals for Diamond members is another highly valued perk, especially for high-frequency players who need quick access to their winnings. This is the standard of service fa99 is committed to maintaining for every Diamond member.

VIP Member Reviews
Real experiences from fa99 VIP members who have been enjoying the rewards program.
"I've been playing at fa99 for over a year and recently moved up to Platinum. When the RM 2,000 level-up bonus notification came through, I was genuinely surprised and thrilled. The 1.2% weekly cashback alone covers my phone bill every month. My fa99 VIP manager also responds quickly whenever there's an issue. I haven't thought about switching to another platform at all."
"I've been a fa99 Gold member for 8 months now. My favourite perk is the 150% Friday bonus – deposit RM 300 and you instantly get RM 750 to play with. The 0.8% cashback also comes in automatically every Monday without needing to request it. This month I even received a birthday gift from fa99 – a RM 200 cash bonus that just appeared in my account. This is genuinely a platform that values its members."
"Being a fa99 Diamond member is truly on another level. The 24/7 instant withdrawals matter a lot to me – sometimes I win in the middle of the night and I can cash out right away. The private Baccarat tables have a completely different atmosphere – calmer, with higher betting limits. I've gotten to know my VIP manager personally over time. fa99 genuinely treats Diamond members with respect."
"Just 3 months in at fa99 and I've already hit Silver. The double VIP points on weekends is a smart strategy — I deliberately play more on Saturdays and Sundays to stack up points. My goal is to reach Gold before Hari Raya so I can grab the RM 500 bonus. fa99's VIP program is the most transparent I've come across — all the terms are clear and easy to understand."

Responsible Gaming
The fa99 VIP program is designed to add value to your gaming experience — not to encourage excessive betting. Please play responsibly.
Set a maximum amount you are comfortable spending each week to accumulate VIP points. Do not exceed that limit even when the next tier feels within reach.
Moving up the VIP tiers is a natural benefit of regular play. Never wager more than you can afford just to level up faster.
Even when VIP points double over the weekend, remember to take regular breaks and avoid playing continuously for extended periods.
The fa99 VIP Rewards Program is open to members aged 18 and above only. Age verification is carried out during account registration for all users.
